EngineFans manufactures custom engine cooling fans to specification for generator sets, crushers, compressors, pumps, re-engined machinery and obsolete equipment where no catalogue part exists. When do you need a custom fan?

Not every machine has a part number. The fans we manufacture most often are for:

  • Generator sets, particularly units assembled locally or re-engined
  • Crushing and screening plants running continuous shifts
  • Compressors and industrial pumps
  • Re-engined equipment where the original fan no longer fits the new engine
  • Obsolete machines whose parts books are no longer supported
  • Modified or purpose-built machinery that was never a catalogue product
  • Upgrades, where a customer needs more airflow than the original fan delivers in Gulf summer conditions

How does the custom fan process work?

  1. Send measurements or the sample fan. WhatsApp, email or drop it at our Sharjah premises.
  2. We review and confirm. Feasibility, material recommendation, lead time and price.
  3. You approve. Drawing and written quote confirmed before manufacture begins.
  4. We manufacture.
  5. Inspection and delivery. Across the UAE, or collection from Sharjah.

How long does a custom fan take?

Do you manufacture in quantity?
