Six: overall diameter, number of blades, centre (pilot) bore diameter, number of bolt holes, bolt circle diameter (PCD), and rotation direction. Adding the airflow direction, whether it pulls air through the radiator or pushes it, makes the match certain.

A suction (puller) fan sits behind the radiator and draws air through it. A blower (pusher) fan sits in front and pushes air through. They are not interchangeable, blade pitch and rotation are designed for one direction only. Fitting the wrong type causes overheating even though the fan appears to be working normally.
Five main causes: heat cycling and UV degradation, which is accelerated in Gulf summer conditions; imbalance from a worn water pump or fan clutch bearing; debris strikes from stones or loose shroud fasteners; over-tightened or unevenly torqued mounting bolts; and vibration from a fan that was never correctly matched to the machine. A cracked blade throws the assembly out of balance and will usually take the water pump with it.
We'd advise against it. An unbalanced fan destroys the water pump bearing and can send fragments through the radiator core. It's an inexpensive part protecting expensive ones.
Both, and we always tell you which is which. Genuine OEM for machines under warranty or critical operations; quality aftermarket where budget matters. We will not sell you an aftermarket part and call it genuine.
